When I googled dead dough, Chef Hitz was showcased in many of the pictures that came up with my search! It's cool to know that the chef teaching you has so much experience with what you are learning that he is googleable!
I appreciate that once a showpiece is finished that Chef Hitz lets you explain what your vision was for the piece and takes his time to give you feedback. After viewing both the miche and the rooster, Chef gave awesome feedback on color, spacing, texture, as well as size. He gave feedback that could be used with any sculpting medium.
After finishing the rooster and miche it was such a relief and I was really proud of the end result. I never thought that I can accomplish something amazing. I really like about the class is when Chef Hitz let you explain how you feel about your showpiece and things that you would change before he puts his input in. Chef Hitz feedback are always helpful because he tells you things that he would change and how he would go about it.
